The apartment has been completely renovated and has a practical layout.
The large living room welcomes you, divided into three spaces:

This room opens onto the famous 25m2 terrace facing south-east, which means you won't miss any rays of sunshine.
The three bedrooms are equipped with an en-suite shower room, queen-size bedding (160cm) and cupboards.
The opens onto the terrace and will offer you a small sea view as soon as you get out of bed.
The other two open onto a second 30m2 terrace, facing northwest, with a breathtaking view of California.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
