HOUSING
Inside the apartment you will find:
- A beautiful living room with a relaxation area including a sofa, armchair, flat screen TV and coffee table, giving direct access to the terrace, armchairs, and a dining area for 6 people.
- A large, separate kitchen equipped with everything you need. Access to the terrace is also available from here.
- The famous terrace with its famous sea view, with garden furniture.
- A bedroom with a large queen-size bed giving access to a veranda.
- A second bedroom with two single bunk beds, and also a large double bed. All with flat-screen TV, storage space and access to the veranda as well.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is a 15-minute bus ride from Cannes train station, an 8-minute drive, and a 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After a few steps to leave your residence, you can choose:
- Stroll along the Croisette between the palaces and fine sandy beaches.
- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping in our lovely shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, etc.)
And in less than ten minutes by car:
- Go to the legendary Palais des Festivals.
- Take the train to discover the other jewels of the region such as Antibes, Nice, Monaco.
- Do your shopping on rue d'Antibes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free parking on the street right next to the accommodation.

Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
