HOUSING
A large living room welcomes you and is divided into three spaces:
- The living room
- The dining room space is designed for 4 people
- The fully equipped kitchen (oven and dishwasher included)
The bedroom offers two single beds and storage space for added comfort.
The second has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an office space, ideal for your business trips.
A shower room with WC completes the space.
Close to the railway line, and despite the double glazing, the noise of the train can be slightly audible.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After a few steps down your street, you will be able to:
- Stroll along the legendary Croisette in 3 minutes on foot
- Shopping on Rue d'Antibes in 3 minutes on foot
- Access the Palais des Congrès in less than a quarter of an hour on foot
- Take the train to visit the French Riviera in a 15-minute walk
PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
