IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
Ideally located at the bottom of Avenue de Madrid, this apartment will allow you to enjoy all the amenities on foot (bakery, tobacconist, small grocery store, etc.), while protecting you from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and the city center.
From your home, you can still access the city center and all its restaurants, cafes and shops in less than ten minutes on foot.
The Palais des Festivals will be accessible in less than fifteen minutes and the historic district of Le Suquet in less than twenty.

Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
