This 25 m² apartment located in the heart of Palm Beach is ideal for those wishing to spend a stay combining the advantages of the city and the comfort of a very popular luxury district of Cannes, where you can enjoy the shops at the foot of the building as well as the beaches 300 meters away.

After a few steps down your street, Avenue de Lérins, you can, in just a few minutes, choose:
- Head to Mouré Rouge beach to dip your toes in the water or sit on a restaurant terrace.
- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping in our lovely shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, etc.)
- Stroll along the Croisette between fine sandy beaches and luxury boutiques.
And in less than ten minutes by car:
- Go to the legendary Palais des Festivals.
- Take the train to discover the other jewels of the region such as Antibes, Nice, Monaco.
- Do your shopping on rue d'Antibes.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
