This 115 m² duplex offers a comfortable setting just steps from the heart of Cannes. With three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite, this bright and well-appointed space offers high-quality amenities. This welcoming space, designed for well-being, combines modernity and charm, offering a peaceful atmosphere.

Inside your apartment, you will find:
- A beautiful living/dining room with its smart TV, a large sofa, as well as a dining area for 6 people
- A large, equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room
- On the same level, an en-suite bedroom with queen-size bed, large dressing room and open bathroom
- Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, with queen size beds and an en-suite shower room
- The apartment is fully air-conditioned except for the jacuzzi area (not functional)
A laundry service is located a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is not equipped with a washing machine.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property in 4 minutes by car, 11 minutes by bus or 18 minutes on foot from Cannes train station.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côtes d'Azur Airport.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After a few steps down your street, Avenue du Maréchal Juin, you can, in less than a few minutes on foot, choose:
- Do your shopping in the many boutiques on rue d’Antibes (3 minutes)
- Stroll along the Croisette between the palaces and the fine sandy beaches. (6 minutes)
- Go to the Palais des Congrès. (20 minutes)
- Visit the old town and its Suquet district

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
