HOUSING
Upon entering, you'll discover a spacious, light-filled living room furnished with a sofa, a Smart TV, and a dining area. The room opens onto a south-facing corner terrace.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining area for four, providing a sociable space to prepare and share your meals.
The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an adjoining shower room, ensuring your privacy and comfort.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.
An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete this space.

From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
