HOUSING
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a luxury building in one of the most renowned residences in Cannes, with 24-hour surveillance.
The entrance leads to a bright living room with lounge area and TV, opening directly onto the terrace with sea view.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, functional, and has a dining area with high chairs.
On the sleeping side, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), storage, and access to the terrace. The shower room with double sinks is adjoining.
A separate toilet completes the accommodation.
The amenities and furnishings were chosen for their comfort and quality. The terrace is designed for dining or relaxing, in a lush setting with no direct view.

From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot.

- Rue d'Antibes: 5 minutes by car, for your shopping desires, this street brings together major brands, local boutiques and lively cafés
- Palais des Festivals: 10 minutes by car, central location for events such as the Cannes Film Festival, MIPIM, or Cannes Lions

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
