The main room, very spacious and bright, opens onto a large furnished terrace including:

- A semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining area
The bedroom is equipped with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe/dressing room and an open en-suite shower room.
It communicates with the second bedroom, which has a queen-size bed (160cm), a dressing room, a smart TV and a private bathroom.
Obviously, a separation is possible between the two bathrooms, allowing the two bedrooms to be separated, via a removable partition.

From the residence you can, as you wish, and in less than a few minutes:

- Stroll along the Croisette or sit on its beaches
- Climb to Le Suquet to discover the historic district of Cannes
- Explore the city center
- You will also have easy access to Cannes La Bocca (5 min), and its beaches, shops and supermarkets.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
