The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a well-maintained residence with swimming pool.
The entrance gives access to a comfortable living space, composed of a convertible sofa (140x190 cm), a dining area and a large bay window opening onto the south-facing terrace, with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is independent, equipped with everything you need for cooking, with direct access to the terrace.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and built-in storage.
The shower room includes a sink and a toilet.
Please note: the apartment does not have a television.
A closed underground garage is available, suitable for a city vehicle. (Dimensions: width 210cm, height 180cm, depth 540cm)

From Cannes train station: 5 minutes by car or 16 minutes on foot.

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all arrivals in key boxes.
