Located on the floor of a peaceful residence, the apartment is organized around open and well-defined spaces, where every detail has been thought out for your comfort.
Step into a bright living room with a sofa and television, opening onto a north-facing balcony. Adjacent to this, the fully equipped kitchen (excluding the dishwasher), which houses the apartment's air conditioning, blends seamlessly into the living area.
Following the curve of a corridor with rounded lines, we discover the bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), extended by a shower room with WC.
The bedroom also benefits from access to a second balcony, facing west, ideal for enjoying the end of the day.

From Cannes train station: 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all arrivals in key boxes.
