We offer you this beautiful, fully renovated, air-conditioned apartment on the 4th floor of a building (no elevator).
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, fiber Wi-Fi internet, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a dressing room.
The building overlooks Rue , a pedestrian street with restaurants and shops, a stone's throw from Rue d'Antibes, the famous Croisette, and the train station. The Gray d'Albion paid parking lot is also just a stone's throw away. You will be only 400 meters from the Palais des Festivals.
The location is ideal for exploring Cannes on foot and enjoying its many attractions: beaches, sunshine, festivals, conferences, shopping, and more.
The apartment is very well equipped, so you will have everything you need for an excellent stay.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the famous Cannes banana. You will find many shops there and you will be just a few minutes from the lively streets of Cannes (rue Meynadier, rue d'Antibes...), the Palais des Festivals and the city's many markets.

## Transit

The apartment is only 5 minutes from the train station. This is the easiest way to get to Cannes. If you are coming by car, there is a public parking lot (paid) at the train station or at Gray d'Albion.

## Notes

Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. It is therefore not recommended for people with mobility issues.
