HOUSING
From the entrance, there is access to a bright living room consisting of a lounge with TV and a loggia used as a dining area, in which Venetian blinds allow the atmosphere to be modulated according to the time of day or the desired privacy.
The separate and fully equipped kitchen completes this space.
From the living room as well as from the loggia, you can access the large 100m² terrace, overlooking the sea and offering an outdoor dining area as well as sun loungers.
On the night side you will find:
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), TV and direct access to the terrace
- A second bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom with a toilet

From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car.

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
