An ideally located apartment in the heart of Palm Beach, just steps from the beaches, the Moure Rouge, and the Croisette. A pleasant place to live, designed to enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood while remaining close to everything that makes Cannes so special.

HOUSING
The entrance opens onto a living room facing east, with a lounge area equipped with a TV and access to the terrace where an outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy the sea air.
The separate and fully equipped kitchen also benefits from external access, on the west side, towards the second terrace.
Night side:
- An east-facing suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), TV, dressing room and bathroom with toilet
- A second bedroom, also with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and facing east, equipped with a TV and a wardrobe
- A third bedroom, with two single beds (90x200cm) on the west side, equipped with a TV and built-in storage
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms as well as in the main room.

From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 8 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
