Welcome to our charming one-bedroom apartment located in the prestigious Gray d'Albion Residence, just a 3-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals. Ideally situated on the fourth floor with elevator access, this accommodation offers a comfortable stay in the heart of Cannes.
The spacious bedroom features two twin beds (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bidet and hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added convenience. The bright living room includes a sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), a television, and opens onto a terrace with partial sea views, creating an ideal space to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a two-burner electric hob, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, allowing you to prepare your meals according to your preferences.
