HOUSING
The living room features a comfortable sofa area, a large-screen smart TV, and carefully selected furniture. The dining area flows seamlessly into the space. The entire room opens onto a south-facing terrace with breathtaking sea views.
The kitchen is open and fully equipped, with everything needed for everyday cooking.
On the sleeping side, the two bedrooms are located to the north.
Each room has a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and reversible air conditioning.
The master bedroom also benefits from access to a loggia.
A bathroom with a toilet completes the apartment.
The whole place features a modern, understated and welcoming décor, with quality materials and equipment.
A communal parking lot is accessible in the residence, at the foot of the building.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 11 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot.

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).

Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
