This apartment, ideal for a holiday under the Cannes sun, welcomes you of all with a very beautiful living room facing the sea.
It is divided into several spaces:
- A comfortable living room with TV
- An open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)
- A dining area for 4 people
This room opens onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture as well as a second dining area, where you will enjoy an incomparable sea view.
The comfortable bedroom offers queen-size bedding (160cm) and a large closet.
A large shower room (integrated WC) and a separate WC complete the space.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
By leaving your home to enjoy the sun, you can:
- In 7 min on foot: Reach Mouré Rouge beach
- In 10 min on foot: Go and enjoy the sea air on the Croisette
- In 15 min on foot - 2 min by car: Go for a stroll along the aisles of Palm Beach to eat a pizza at Jean-Jean or sunbathe on a bench in the Jardin des Hespérides.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
