A family apartment, located in a secure residence with a caretaker, just steps from Port Canto and the beaches. The garden surrounding the apartment becomes a true living space: outdoor dining, quiet moments, and direct access to the parking area.

HOUSING
Upon entering, one enters a large room bathed in light thanks to the wide bay windows that surround it.
The living room features a comfortable sofa area with a large-screen smart TV. The dining area seats six people.
Adjoining this is the fully equipped American-style kitchen, with everything you need to cook regardless of the length of your stay.
All of these spaces open directly onto the west-facing garden, which surrounds the apartment. There is an outdoor dining area, ideal for summer lunches or evenings.
The garden also provides direct access to the parking lot, where the apartment has a double parking space.
On the sleeping side, the apartment consists of three bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with queen size beds (160x200 cm), one of which has access to the garden on the east side.
A third bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and smart TV.
Two walk-in shower rooms and a toilet complete the property.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 7 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus or 26 minutes on foot.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
- Port Pierre Canto: approximately a 2-minute walk. At the end of the street, ideal for a stroll among the boats or a quayside dinner.
- La Croisette: approximately a 3-4 minute walk. Direct access to the promenade, private beaches, and seaside restaurants.
- Croisette beaches: approximately a 4-5 minute walk. Public beaches and beach establishments open year-round
- Mouré Rouge beaches: approximately a 10-12 minute walk. A quieter area, popular for swimming and walks overlooking the islands
- Rue d'Antibes: approximately a 15-minute walk. Main shopping street with boutiques and multinational brands
- Cannes city center: approximately 17 minutes walk
- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: approximately a 20-minute walk. Venue for all international congresses and events such as MIPIM, the film festival, and the Lions.

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).

Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
