— This apartment is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic vacation —

* Apartment of 55m² which can comfortably accommodate 4 people located on the 2nd floor with elevator *

• LARGE LIVING ROOM: Large living area with convertible sofa bed (160x200), opening onto a beautiful terrace with open kitchen (Wi-Fi with fibre),

• STOREROOM: Storage space including washing machine, two drying cloths, iron + ironing board,

• KITCHEN: Complete equipment (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher) and complete set of small appliances (kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine) + complete set of dishes (water glasses, champagne glasses, wine glass, cutlery, bowls, plates, pans, pan, cake pan, kitchen utensils, etc.)

• ROOM: 1 standard bed (160x200) with access to the terrace.
