Private parking place in the basement (n°4419).

6 km from Cannes, very nice development situated in the hills of Mandelieu. Communal area comprises a park 27 Ha, swimming pool with steps (23m x 10m, Depth 80/200cm), children's pool, 2 tennis courts. Shops, restaurants, bus stop 2 km. Beaches, golf 4 km.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
