My apartment is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends! It can accommodate up to 3 people and features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, and a living room with a single sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area where you can enjoy meals or relax after a busy day.
You will also have a lovely furnished balcony which offers a MAGNIFICENT VIEW of THE SEA, where you can enjoy your aperitifs in peace!
And to make your stay perfect, the residence has a pleasant swimming pool, which will be very popular on beautiful sunny days!

My apartment is located a 9-minute drive from the city center, where you'll find everything you need for everyday life: various bars, restaurants, and shops. For your daily errands, the Casino Shop is a 6-minute drive away.
You will be a 9-minute drive from Plage de la Petite Fontaine, 10 minutes from Plage de l'Aiguille, and 8 minutes from Plage du Château!
Visit the city's must-see attractions and discover: Château De Théoule (7 minutes by car) which has a large park; Several historical and contemporary monuments such as: the famous statue of Notre Dame d'Afrique (5 minutes) which is 12 meters high, the fountain in Place du Général Bertrand (6 minutes) carved from a single block of stone...; and Théoule Island (7 minutes) which offers various water sports and activities such as: wakeboarding, water skiing, monoskiing, baby skiing, and many more...
The Provençal market is held on Tuesday and Friday mornings on Place du Général Bertrand (6 minutes by car); and on Wednesday evenings, from May to September, the coastal farmers' market is held on the Port (8 minutes).
