HOUSING
Located on the top floor of an old building with an elevator to the third floor (then stairs to reach the fourth and final floor), this studio offers a functional and cozy setting, typical of Cannes apartments.
The main room, air-conditioned and with a sloping ceiling, features a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a lounge area with a smart TV, and a dining area. The whole space has a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The kitchen area is equipped with the essentials for a pleasant stay: hob, microwave, refrigerator and crockery.
The shower room with WC completes this accommodation designed for practical and pleasant use.
A simple, comfortable space, ideally located for exploring Cannes on foot.

From Nice airport: approximately 25 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 5-minute walk

Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
