Upon entering, you’ll find a bright bedroom equipped with two 90 cm beds, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The open kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals after a day of exploring. Picture yourself enjoying breakfast at the table before heading out to discover the charming streets of the village.
The living room is a cozy space with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. Enjoy a well-deserved moment of relaxation with the bathtub in the bathroom.
Valbonne's town center is just a 20-minute walk away. Wander through the picturesque streets, explore the Provençal market to taste local specialties, or sip coffee on a terrace in the Place des Arcades. For the more adventurous, the hiking trails along the Brague River are a must!
A parking spot is available, allowing you to easily explore the surroundings: the Maeght Foundation in Saint-Paul de Vence is a 19.5 km drive, the old village of Biot is 20 minutes by car, and the beaches of Antibes are just 14.5 km away. Nice Airport is located 25 km by car from the apartment.

For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
