This holiday home is spread over two levels:
- On the ground floor, you can enjoy a double living room of over 70m2 with your family, opening directly onto the terraced area outside, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with its bar, perfect for early evening aperitifs.
- You will also have access to a library, an office space and a shower room on this level.
On the floor:
- You will discover 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds, and a superb bathroom with corner bathtub and sea view.
- The largest of the bedrooms will give you access to the terrace where you can enjoy a REAL holiday view, without vis-à-vis.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
You will be in the immediate vicinity (less than 5 minutes by car) of the beaches of Antibes and its Fort Carré, just 10 minutes from the old town, where you can stroll or go bar hopping.
Several cultural sites such as Fort Carré, the Picasso Museum, the Archaeology Museum and even the Postcard Museum await you in the city center, less than 10 minutes away by car.
The ducks of Valmasque Park will also be less than 10 minutes away, and the orcas and dolphins of Marineland Park will be accessible in less than 5 minutes.
You can also easily reach nearby towns (Cannes, Juan-Les-Pins, Golfe-Juan), in a few minutes by car along the seafront, and the villages in the hinterland (Biot and Valbonne in particular, in around ten minutes).
