Living Spaces and Amenities
From the moment you enter, the scale of the rooms and the luminosity of the living areas set the tone. The vast lounge, extended by a modern open kitchen, merges seamlessly with the garden through large floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
The villa has been meticulously designed to facilitate shared moments, offering high-end features and full air-conditioning for your absolute comfort.

Accommodation Layout
The villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests, or up to 10 guests when utilizing the double sofa bed. With three bedrooms in the main house and an independent apartment, you are guaranteed that everyone will enjoy their own space for peace and rest.
• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Double bed (160cm), en-suite shower room, and direct terrace access.
• Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Double bed (160cm), en-suite shower room, and direct pool access. Separated toilet in the corridor.
• Bedroom 3 ( Floor): Large double bed (2x140cm joined), and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
• Independent Apartment (access from the garden): Featuring a bedroom (without air conditioning) with a double bed (160), an air-conditioned living area with a double sofa bed, a shower room, separated toilets and a fully equipped kitchenette.

This configuration ensures that every family member or friend has their own private retreat while sharing the central living areas around the pool and lounge.

Outdoor Living and Leisure
