- You will be in the immediate vicinity (less than 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot) of the beaches of Juan-Les-Pins, its beaches and its restaurants.
- You will find all the necessary shops (bakery, small supermarket, tobacconist, etc.) in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes by car).
- You can also easily reach Cannes and the beaches of La Croisette (in less than 10/15 minutes) as well as Antibes (less than 10 minutes).
- The motorway will also be accessible to you in less than 10 minutes to easily reach all the other major cities (Nice 20/30 minutes, Monaco 40 minutes, etc.)
