Inside, a bright and open living room is made up of two large main spaces: the living room and the kitchen.
The spacious and warmly decorated living room opens directly onto the outdoors, offering unobstructed views. A smart TV, board games, and sound system will enhance your lazy afternoons.
The kitchen, fully equipped and sleekly designed, also features a wine cellar and a central island, perfect for family time. It leads to the veranda, which opens onto the outdoor barbecue area.
As for the bedrooms, you can make yourself at home on the ground floor in the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, private shower room, and large built-in dressing room. The bedroom offers direct access to the garden.
An extra bedroom is also available, with a sofa bed for additional sleeping. (This room initially serves as an office space.)
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. The has two single beds, and the second a queen-size bed and a private (unfurnished) terrace. Both bedrooms have built-in closets and dressing rooms.
