In the town of Cannes, Villa Roseraie is a magnificent charming property set in a very quiet, green environment. It boasts spectacular sea views over the Lérins Islands. Ideally located, you are only 300 metres from the sea and its beaches.

This very large 12-room villa spans 460 sqm and is largely air-conditioned. The spacious living room features a piano, inviting you to relax. The dining room opens onto an immense 100 sqm terrace with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the upper floor, you will find a TV lounge and a billiard room, perfect for entertainment. A fully equipped laundry room is available on the lower level.

The sleeping area, spread over three levels, accommodates up to 12 guests in 8 comfortable bedrooms, ensuring generous space and a high level of privacy.
