The property features a fully air-conditioned villa of 126 m². The villa offers a bright living area with direct access to the terrace and its sea view.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped, and the living area is complemented by a convivial dining table.

The sleeping area accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.
Master bedroom: King-size bed (180 cm), en-suite shower room with separate WC, access to the terrace.
Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, access to the terrace.
Bedroom 3 (Lower level): 160 cm double bed, desk, access to the terrace.
You also benefit from an additional shower room and separate toilets on the lower level, as well as guest toilets. This layout ensures a high level of comfort, with each couple enjoying their own dedicated space.
