Behind its secluded facade, the villa gradually reveals its spaciousness, its light, and its sweeping views of the Bay of Cannes. The days grow longer, spent between the garden, the pool, the sun-drenched rooms, and the beaches within easy walking distance. HOUSING
The villa consists of three levels with beautiful volumes.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room, a dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area. A separate toilet completes this level.
The floor houses the main sleeping area.
The master suite has a large dressing room as well as a bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet.
A second bedroom also benefits from its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
A third bedroom accommodates a single bunk bed (child) as well as a sofa bed for one person and connects to the dressing room.
A laundry room with a toilet is also available on this floor.
On the top floor, another independent bedroom has its own equipped kitchenette and a shower room with WC.
We then discover a large panoramic glass-enclosed living room overlooking the bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, organized around a bar and its large screen TV, a billiards table, a lounge and a dining room, with an unobstructed sea view and no overlooking neighbors.
From this space, you can directly access the back garden where you will find the swimming pool, pool house, sauna, summer kitchen and several areas set up for meals or quieter moments outdoors.
The decor blends the character of this 1930s art deco villa with more contemporary materials and carefully chosen furniture.
The villa has one parking space inside the property as well as a second one just opposite.

To confirm any booking request, a deposit will be required beforehand. The amount of this deposit will be equal to the price of the week.
