You'll definitely fall in love with this contemporary villa, just 10 minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from downtown Cannes. Located in the countryside, it offers absolute peace and quiet, sunny days, and, above all, ideal vacation amenities: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, terrace, and unobstructed views!

HOUSING
The living room, very bright thanks to its multiple bay windows and very spacious, is divided into three large spaces:
- A comfortable living room with large smart TV
- A living space designed for 6 people
- A large, open, fully equipped kitchen with a high table and direct access to the terrace
This room opens onto the outdoor space including:
- A terrace with dining table and barbecue
- A large swimming pool, its terrace and its garden
- A jacuzzi
- A pétanque court
On the same floor, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), large closet and a small en-suite shower room. (No air conditioning here, but the room is not exposed to much sun and therefore quite cool, even in summer!)
A separate toilet completes the space on this level.
On the floor:
- The bedroom offers a queen size bed (160cm), a closet, a flat screen and access to a balcony offering a lovely view of the swimming pool and the hills.
- The second bedroom has two separate, extendable beds. It also has a closet.

In terms of shops, you will find your choice of local shops, market places and supermarkets:
- In the village of La Roquette-sur-Siagne, 7 minutes by car
- Pégomas side 8 minutes by car

And for sightseeing you can:
- Reach Cannes, its Palais des Festivals, its glaciers and its fine sandy beaches in less than 20 minutes.
- Visit the perfume shops of Grasse and do some shopping on the Place du Jeu de Ballon in the old town in less than 20 minutes.
- Tame the hinterland by going to the villages of Biot or Valbonne (20 to 30 minutes) and lose yourself in their maze of alleys, order a Grand Marnier crepe at the creperie in the old village of Biot or take a cultural break by going to admire the glassblowers at the glassworks.
