Located in Mandelieu-la-Nae, just 500 metres from the beach, Villa Lou Gueitadou is a truly sumptuous and unique property, officially listed as a “Remarkable Residence”. Set within a beautifully wooded 3,750 sqm estate, it boasts spectacular panoramic views over the sea and the Lérins Islands.

This five-bedroom villa, offering approximately 200 sqm of living space across three levels, is fully air-conditioned. The double living room and dining area, facing the sea, is the perfect place to gather and share special moments. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing festive meals. The atmosphere is that of an exceptional home, blending historic character with modern comfort.

The sleeping area accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, spread over the three levels, with four bathrooms or shower rooms and three WCs, ensuring comfort and convenience.

Bedroom layout:
Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 140 cm double bed, direct access to the terrace and pool. A nearby full bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate WC.
Bedroom 2 ( level): 140 cm double bed, adjacent bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
Bedroom 3 (Second level): 160 cm double bed, sea view.
Bedroom 4 (Second level): Two single beds (90 x 190 cm). These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and WC. Please note: Bedroom 3 is accessed through Bedroom 4, making this layout ideal for a family with children.
Bedroom 5 (Third level): 140 cm double bed, TV, en-suite shower room with WC.

The vast 3,750 sqm landscaped grounds form a true green haven. The private infinity swimming pool (10 x 6 m), secured by a perimeter fence, offers a spectacular bathing experience.
