HOUSING
Outside the villa you can enjoy a beautiful relaxation area with:
- The east-facing garden is just over a hundred square meters, closed and secure, an ideal playground for children
- The beautiful terrace, at the front on the living room side, ideal for your meals
- The heated swimming pool, with deckchairs and west-facing to make the most of the coastal sunsets
Inside, the house is made up of 2 floors.
On the ground floor, a living room welcomes you and is divided into 3 spaces:
- A comfortable living room area with Smart TV and Google Home
- A dining area designed for 10 people
- A large open and fully equipped kitchen with central island (dishwasher included)
This living room opens directly onto the terraced area and the swimming pool.
On the same level: an en-suite bedroom with TV, king size bed (180cm) and bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
On the lower level you will find 4 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- A bedroom with two single beds 90 (possibility of making a king size bed on request). This bedroom is connected to the upstairs bedroom by a fully open staircase (no possibility of completely closing the access between these two bedrooms).
- A second en-suite bedroom with queen-size bed and shower room with WC.
- A third bedroom with two single beds 80 combined into a large bed, with separate shower room.
- A fourth large en-suite bedroom with queen-size bed, large closet, safe, smart TV, Google Home, and shower room with WC.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Roller shutters are not completely opaque and allow light to filter through. For those who like to sleep in complete darkness, this is a warning.
All bedrooms open directly onto the garden, and the corridor leading to the bedrooms also has plenty of storage space and cupboards/dressing rooms.
On this level, you can also enjoy a second living room serving as a TV room with a large sofa and two work desks.

- Antibes (20/25 minutes), to visit the orcas and dolphins at Marineland

Arrivals beyond this time must be specified and may incur additional charges.
