Located in the charming village of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, Villa Cesari is a stunning high-end property, exceptionally well equipped and designed to deliver truly unforgettable holidays. With its private heated swimming pool and an impressive range of leisure facilities (jacuzzi, private cinema, games room), the villa invites you to enjoy moments of pure relaxation and shared pleasure.

Spanning approximately 190 sqm, the villa is fully air-conditioned and connected to high-speed fibre optic internet. The spacious 50 sqm living and dining area opens directly onto the pool and features a gas fireplace and a Sonos sound system, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a large American-style fridge-freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser.

You will enjoy an immersive private cinema room with a 3 m x 2 m screen, 4K projector, and Dolby Atmos sound system. The adjoining games room features a pool table convertible into a poker or roulette table.
A bedroom/home office is equipped with a treadmill and an elliptical bike, while the fully functional laundry room offers a wine cellar, washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing station.
