The villa is set over three levels, within 2,500 m² of grounds. The spacious, bright and welcoming living room makes it easy for your group to gather and relax together. The fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a back kitchen and laundry room, simplifies the organisation of your stay, especially for larger families.
On the garden level, you have access to a large TV lounge and a games room with a bar and billiard table, ideal for relaxed evenings together.
The sleeping area accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1, ground floor: 160 cm bed, dressing room, shower room with WC, terrace access.
• Suite, ground floor: 180 cm bed, full bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC, terrace access.
• Bedroom 3, floor: 140 cm bed, shower room with WC, balcony with countryside views.
• Bedroom 4, garden level: 160 cm bed, dressing room, shower room with WC, pool terrace access.
• Bedroom 5, garden level: 160 cm bed, dressing room, full bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC, pool terrace access.
Outside, you can enjoy a large 13 x 6 m private pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a summer kitchen with gas barbecue, pizza oven and refrigerator, as well as a pergola for shaded meals. Table football, a pétanque court and parking for 3 cars complete the facilities.
