Perched on the heights of Théoule-sur-Mer, a delightful seaside village on the French Riviera, this charming villa welcomes you in a lush and peaceful setting, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

Set on a beautifully terraced 1,000 m² plot, your holiday rental features:

-A private swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth from 0.80 to 1.60 m), with steps and secured by an alarm
-An outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach
-60 m² of terraces, partly shaded, furnished with outdoor lounges, sunbeds and a barbecue
-A closed garage for two cars

The beach and the sea are just a 15-minute walk away, shops and restaurants are 2 km away from the villa.

With 100 m² of living space, this 5-room villa is spread over two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:

-Air-conditioned living and dining room, with TV (TNT), Wi-Fi access and large bay windows opening onto the sea-view terrace
-Fully equipped separate kitchen: cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine

On the lower floor:
-Air-conditioned master suite with double bed (140 cm), en-suite shower room, and direct access to the pool
-2 additional bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), each opening onto the pool area
