This villa is located in Théoule-sur-Mer, a pretty district of Estérel, where you can enjoy its breathtaking sea view.
This villa is composed of 4 floors:
1. Floor 1 (ground floor)
- private indoor parking space (box)
- laundry area (washing machine, dryer, iron)
2. Floor 2 ( floor)
- bedroom 1 (double bed, TV, sea view, AC) and its private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet)
- bedroom 2 (double bed, TV, sea view, AC) and its private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet)
- bedroom 3 (double bed, TV, sea view, air conditioning) and its bathroom open to the bedroom (Italian shower in natural stone).
- bedroom 4 (two single beds, TV)
Rooms 1, 2 and 4 share a large common terrace (sea view for 1 and 2 only).
Bedroom 3 has its own private balcony with sea views.
On this floor 2, you have a separate toilet accessible from the corridor.
3. Floor 3 (second floor)
This floor is accessible by some amazing stairs made of natural rocks and has:
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, stove)
- a dining area where you can eat up to 8 people
- a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV.
This entire floor has a remarkable sea view and its large opening onto its large terrace and its outdoor furniture for your greatest pleasure.
4. Floor 4 (on the roof)
This rooftop is an outdoor space only with its swimming pool overlooking the sea and its large and spacious solarium for sunbathing.
(toilets are accessible on this level).
Guests will have access to the entire villa, except for 3 wardrobes used for personal belongings.
Guests will be able to contact us throughout their stay if they need help or advice to ensure they have an unforgettable stay.
One of our team members will be there for check-in to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
Upon departure, one of the team members will come to check the villa and collect the keys from you.

This villa is located 33.9 km from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
By car, follow the A8 motorway towards Mandelieu la Nae and exit at "exit 40-Théoule-sur-Mer".
This villa has many stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
Bed linen and bath towels are included in the reservation and a sample of soap and shampoo will be offered to each guest upon arrival.
