When you enter the house you will find three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, this house is perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests.
There are also bathrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a shower to freshen up after a sunny day, while the second bathroom features a bathtub for complete relaxation. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience. Independent toilets are available on the bedroom landing for added comfort.
Going down the stairs, you'll be charmed by the spacious and bright living area, where an open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals. It includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer. It is important to note that the booking of this accommodation is prohibited for persons under the age of 23.
In order to ensure the best possible welcome, all check-ins are by appointment between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 pm for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No check-in can take place after 11:00 pm. It must also be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for our departures, they are also by appointment between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Early departures are possible from 6:00 am for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No departure can take place before 6:00 am. Arrivals will exceptionally be accepted only between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on December 24th and December 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be made on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel manager with partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €1200 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. If this pre-authorization is not carried out 24 hours before arrival, this constitutes a fault on your part of the aforementioned conditions. In this case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be possible in this case.
