- Bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), storage space, desk
This apartment is fully equipped and perfect for your personal and professional stays in Antibes.
Located in the Old Town pedestrian zone on James Close, you can walk and do everything on foot.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
This apartment is managed by an agency located 5 minutes from the property. Our staff will be in charge of your stay.
Please contact us at least 2 days in advance to confirm your arrival time. As this is not a hotel with a reception, someone will need to come by to greet you.

Departures are at 10 a.m.

The area is pedestrianized, so you won't be able to park at the bottom of the building. Please park if you're driving. The nearest is Q Park La Poste, and their rates are online. Don't try to enter the pedestrian zone without a permit; you'll get a ticket from the city's cameras!
This apartment is located on the level of the building where there is no elevator.
A set of sheets is provided upon arrival per bed depending on the number of people indicated on the reservation.
One towel is provided per person upon check-in. Additional towels are available upon request. Please contact the agency for a quote for this additional service.
Beach towels are not included.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
