This is a unique villa facing the sea in the heart of Cannes, in the very chic area called Palm Beach.
The house is organised on two levels.
The garden level: You will find a cosy living room with a sofabed, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
To the East, it opens onto the beach of Cannes. To the West, it opens onto a private garden and a lovely conservatory. The best spot in Cannes to do a barbeque or to have a cocktail.
You will also find a garage (for a small car only) and an extra shower room with toilets, accessible through the garage.
On the first floor you will find three bedrooms and two shower rooms. The first bedroom has a double bed. The others have two single beds that can turned into a double.
You will also find a beautiful second living room. It opens onto a balcony with a magical view over the sea and the Palm beach.
This is a unique and magnificent villa. You will fall in love with the incredible view, the charm of the villa and the cosiness of the garden.
