This peaceful family home with a swimming pool and sea views offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday in the South of France. Located 30 minutes from Nice Airport (between Cannes and Théoule), with the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets very close by, the house has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchen and kitchenette, a living room, a furnished garden, and a sunny swimming pool.
The accommodation contains 6 bedrooms in total:
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (160/200 bed) 2 of which have a terrace and sea view.
On the ground floor: a master bedroom (160/200 bed) and a children's bedroom equipped with a bunk bed.
A baby cot (travel cot) which can be set up by the concierge service as required (please request in advance).
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, including 2 bathrooms with bathtubs.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
